Five Isle of Palms Bike Rental Options

Renting a bike on vacation is a great idea, which is likely why you are searching for Isle of Palms Bike Rentals.

Riding a bike on Isle of Palms is a relatively safe thing to do, granted, we suggest you always wear a help.

There are a number of bike rental options on the island, and where you are staying may impact your decision. Below, we will share five isle of palms bike rental options for you, and the fifth one is our preferred options due to the convenience.

Isle of Palms Bike Rental Options

Isle of Palms Bike Rental Shop

The bike shop is centrally located and you’ll find that they have both traditional and electric vehicles.

The address is 1204 Palm Blvd suite z, Isle of Palms, SC 29451 and you’ll find them on the map below.

Wild Dunes Bike Shop

If you happen to be staying in Wild Dunes during your vacation, the Wild Dunes Bike Shop may make a ton of sense for your Isle of Palms bike rental needs.

They allow you to rent bikes by the hour or days, but one thing to take note of is that they offer walk up service only.

Island Mermaid

Island Mermaid is another place you could rent bikes, but we’ve read some less than amazing reviews, so while listing it, it would not be an option we’d necessarily suggest for you to use.

The location is centrally located, but you may want to read some of the Google reviews first.

Isle of Palms Bike Rentals Company

This option doesn’t have a physical location, but they do offer free delivery and pickup, and because you’ll be on vacation, that may be a big benefit.

The company has been family owned and operated since 1991, which also seems to be when they made their website (and forgot to update it).

IOP Beach Chair

This fifth option, IOP Beach Chair, is the one we’d suggest you give a shot. While the name is a little deceiving, they do offer both beach chair and bike rental on Isle of Palms.

They provide free drop off and delivery and service is very reliable no matter if you are renting bikes or beach chairs.

You’ll find that they have a variety of bike rental options for you to choose from and that the pricing is competitive.

One thing we’ve liked in particular is the companies flexibility to modify orders if you realize you’ve ordered to much or not enough, or need to switch from one product to another.

Regardless of who you decide to go with for your Isle of Palms bike rental, have a great time exploring the island and as always, wear a helmet, obey traffic laws and use some good common sense while riding.
